Changes

Changes aren’t always fun or extremely popular.  Changes usually mean a little discomfort and force to “get out of the box” whether you’re really excited about it or not.  When God calls me to do something, I pray that I’m 100% obedient in doing just that.  So if that requires change, I may not always do it with a smile on my face or a skip in my step – but I’m doing it out of reverence for the Almighty who holds my life in His hands and has my absolute best interest at heart.  Someday I will realize that these changes ARE good.  And through change… I pray that I never lose sight of what God has in store for me.  I pray that I follow the very footsteps He planned out for me, and I pray that I hear listen for His voice in each and every situation.

I predicted 2011 to be a year of changes for us.  We have had a lot of changes so far and I know there are more in store for us..  I pray there are more in store for us.  I pray no matter what season of life you’re in, no matter the changes you may face whether they seem good or bad – that you/I WE never lose sight of Jesus!  He is the giver of bountiful blessings!  Thanks God, for your faithfulness!
