Christmas 2010

“Today in the city of David, a Savior has been born to you, he is Christ the Lord.”  Luke 2:11

We had a great time celebrating Jesus’ birthday with our families again this year.  We even had a silly monkey show up at our Altena party!

It was fun to watch Kyler’s excitement as he understood Christmas and gifts a little bit more this year.  He quickly knew what was in the packages with hardly seeing any of it.   He saw the bucket and instantly knew this was a “stidwoader” (skidloader).

And “dwums (drums) like uncle David’s”…  he was pretty excited about this!

“What’s in here dramma (grandma)?”

Kyler is definitely the center of attention, but we all have a great time together!  Stockings are always a highlight…

Another Christmas holiday has come and gone, but our prayer is that you remember Jesus’ special birth everyday throughout the year.  For He is the reason we truly have hope and salvation.

Happy New Year!
