Birthdays are fun! I think they will be special forever. Even if it seems like a normal day, there is still something special to have a day to celebrate YOU. Waking up on my birthday morning brings a feeling of excitement, phone calls and messages and cards throughout the day are a treat, and going to bed is not as much fun because tomorrow will no longer be my birthday!
So far it’s been a good start to my 27th year! Just wanted to share a few fun blessings on my birthday…
- I woke up to go to the bathroom at 4:30am and David groaned “Happy Birthday, Ashley!”
- David went and got my favorite biscuit from Hardee’s for breakfast.
- I went to work at ATLAS – a job that I love with great people to work with!
- Lunch with my mom and 2 of my favorite little boys.
- A favorite treat – decorated cookie from the bakery and vitamin water from the Govigs.
- A visit from my husband at work.
- A bunch of cards in the mail when I got home from work.
- Supper at Blue Mountain with David – YUMMY!
- All of my favorite kinds of candy for dessert
- Relaxing time at home before bed
God is good and I know I’m blessed abundantly each and every day!
