David's birthday was last week Saturday, the 19th. He turned the big 2-5! Yes, he always reminds me that I'm older than him. I tell him that also makes me so much WISER! Since I usually blog about things from my perspective, I asked him to list a few favorite things from his birthday.
This is what I remember...
1. Spending time with my wife (of course that should be #1!)
2. Worshipping Jesus at YATEC at 5:30 AM (totally worth it!)
3. Chocolate cupcakes at fireman class (made by my wife)
4. My pager finally went off!
5. Supper at Backroom Bistro - delicious!
6. Hanging out/watching a movie at home with my wife
Those were things he mentioned. He maybe didn't include the "wife" part as much - but it's totally true! :) I love birthdays so I like to make them special for others too. It was a good day! Looking forward to the upcoming year!
