Christmas Cheer

Christmas seems to come and go faster every year as we get older.  Kenna got to experience her first Christmas but didn’t understand it much.  Just a lot of family time and wrapping paper/boxes to play with!  Now that she’s more mobile, she is enjoying time with some of her “bigger girl” toys.

Kenna got the flu the weekend before Christmas, so she had to miss out on our first party, but we let her open her first gift when I got home.

She’s the only grandchild on David’s side and was thankfully starting to feeling better, so we had lots of fun there!

It’s definitely not as easy to run here, there, and everywhere with an 8-month old and nap schedules, packing half the house, etc. – but we had a great time with family and friends!  We look forward to many more Christmas celebrations and remembering the anticipation and birth of Jesus all throughout the year!
